Fife Support for Business

Hospitality skills support through the Tay Cities Deal

Hospitality and tourism businesses in north‑east Fife may also be able to access funded skills and workforce support through the Tay Cities Region Deal. One of the key programmes available is HospitaliTAY, which has been designed specifically to support hospitality businesses across the region.

HospitaliTAY is a fully funded skills initiative supporting businesses in north‑east Fife, Angus, Dundee and Perth & Kinross. The programme helps hospitality and tourism employers to build skills, strengthen their workforce and improve recruitment and retention, with support shaped around the needs of each business.

Support available through HospitaliTAY can include practical training, workforce planning advice, upskilling and reskilling opportunities, and development support for both frontline staff and supervisors or emerging managers. The programme is open to a wide range of hospitality and tourism businesses and is not limited to accommodation providers.

Businesses interested in developing their staff or exploring new recruitment pathways are encouraged to find out more and check eligibility. HospitaliTAY complements the wider Welcome to Fife skills and employment support available to hospitality and tourism businesses across Fife.
