Fife Outdoor Activities Week
Fife is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors, and this September we will be celebrating and showcasing our amazing range of outdoor activity providers and businesses at the first Fife Outdoor Activities Week.
For 9 days from 28 September to 6 October, we are encouraging businesses, visitors and locals to celebrate all that’s great about the outdoors in the Kingdom.
Events during the week will be a great opportunity for businesses to promote their activities and show the impressive variety of outdoor experiences we have in Fife. Businesses are being encouraged to offer events such as come and try sessions, open days and special offers.
Callum Spence, Chair of the Heartlands Local Tourism Association said, ‘Fife Outdoor Activities Week is a great opportunity for businesses to reach new and regular customers and offer something a little different. There are so many ways to enjoy the great outdoors in Fife, from segways to outdoor saunas. We want to help show the breadth of activities available in the Kingdom and get people out and about enjoying our great outdoors in lots of ways.’
Throughout the week businesses are being encouraged to organise their own events and add a free listing on www.welcometofife.com - the destination website for Fife. Welcome to Fife will then promote events in the run up to, and during the week, through our Fife Outdoor Activities Week marketing campaign.
Marketing campaign DEADLINE Wednesday 31st July 2024. If you would like to be included in the main marketing campaign please ensure your event is added prior to the deadline. Events submitted post the deadline will still be advertised but may not be included in the main campaign. We will however continue to accept event listings.
