STL Team win at the 2024 Housing Awards

At this years Housing Awards hosted on Friday 8 November at the DoubleTree's Grand Ballroom in Glasgow, the Housing Services Short-Term Lets team competed with teams from several different housing organisations making it as a finalist and then winning the Excellence in Communications award.

This award recognises the exceptional communication between the team and the residents, earning distinction for their customer-oriented approach to their work, with a range of partner Council Services in Planning, Legal and Tourism, Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Protective Services. The team were diligent in their work implementing the new licensing scheme and managing to process an impressive 2,000 license applications within timescales.
