Nominations Open for the 2026 Fife Business Diversity Awards

People and businesses across Fife are being encouraged to put forward nominations for the 2026 Fife Business Diversity Awards, celebrating those who are helping to create a more inclusive workforce and break down barriers to employment.

Organised by Fife Council's Supported Employment Service, the awards recognise individuals who have overcome challenges in finding or keeping work, as well as employers who are making a positive difference by supporting inclusive pathways into employment.

The awards shine a spotlight on the achievements of people who may have experienced disadvantage in the labour market due to personal circumstances, disability, health conditions, or a lack of work experience, skills or qualifications.

They also recognise Fife businesses that are committed to creating opportunities, supporting employees and helping people reach their potential through inclusive employment practices.

Each year, the awards celebrate inspiring stories from across Fife and highlight the important role that local employers play in building a workforce where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

Whether you know an individual who has shown determination in overcoming barriers to employment, or an organisation that is championing inclusion in the workplace, nominations are now open.

The deadline for nominations is 5pm on Saturday 1 August.
