Collaborators such as Fife Council, Skills Development Scotland, Developing the Young Workforce (DYW), Fife College, Springboard, and local industry leaders are uniting to inspire young people to consider tourism as a career, ensure that potential employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge for the industry, and provide opportunities for the current workforce to advance their skills.
