The Signature Conference Programme, taking place from 23-25 February, marks the start of Scottish Tourism Month, bringing together Scotland’s tourism and hospitality industry to celebrate, learn and amplify its collective voice. It is a time to showcase the sector’s importance and recognise the significant contribution it makes to Scotland’s economy, communities and visitor experience.
Scottish Tourism Month also provides an opportunity for industry leaders, businesses and stakeholders to come together to discuss the challenges facing the sector, share ideas and explore solutions that will help businesses survive, thrive and grow sustainably.
Our 2027 Signature Conference, and Business Leaders Breakfast, will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow on Tuesday 23rd February and the morning of the 24th before SCOTHOT opens next door at the SEC at 10am. The STA Spotlight Stage will once again be a key feature of SCOTHOT, which is the largest tourism hospitality food and drink expo and takes place over 24th/ 25th February. More than 8000 industry colleagues attended SCOTHOT in 2025. Once again, we will bring together leading voices and experts from across the industry for three days of insightful presentations, engaging panel discussions and valuable networking opportunities with peers from every corner of the sector.
Our popular Exhibitor Hall also returns, offering delegates the opportunity to meet trusted suppliers and industry partners, discover new products and services, and build valuable connections throughout the Signature Conference and Business Breakfast.
