Dundee City Region Convention Bureau

Put Your Business in Front of Conference Delegates and their accompanying friends and family in 2027 – Submit Your Offer FREE Today

The Dundee City Region Convention Bureau (DCRCB) promotes Dundee, Angus, Fife and Perthshire as a destination for national and international conferences and business events. Working closely with conference organisers, we help attract delegates to the region while maximising the economic and visitor benefits these events generate.

As part of this work, we are inviting local businesses and visitor attractions to participate in our 2027 Delegate Experience Offers Programme. The programme provides conference delegates, along with their accompanying friends and family, access to exclusive offers, discounts and experiences across the region during their visit.

The impact of conference tourism continues to grow. In 2026, we welcomed 18 conferences, attracting more than 3,500 international delegates and generating over £5 million in direct economic benefit for the local economy.

Looking ahead to 2027, we have already confirmed 11 conferences, which are expected to bring more than 1,700 delegates to the region and generate an estimated £3.2 million in direct economic benefit, with further events anticipated to be confirmed throughout the year.

Why take part?

Participation is completely free and offers a valuable opportunity to:

• Promote your business directly to conference delegates and their guests.
• Increase awareness of your products, services and experiences.
• Gain exposure through conference communications and destination marketing activity.
• Encourage visitors to explore more of the region and extend their stay.
• Help showcase the very best of Dundee, Angus, Fife and Perthshire.
