South Street - St Andrews, A public conversation about the street layout
The 'South Street, St Andrews - Street Layout' consultation is a project led by Stantec on behalf of Fife Council. Consideration is being given to making some changes to the street to make it a more vibrant and welcoming 'place' for citizens, traders and visitors. We would like to hear from street users regarding any changes that they might like, for example:
- Enhancing street users' experience
- Improving the local sense of place
- Access for all, mobility assistance and parking
- Improving the public realm
- Rebalancing the streetscape in favour of active and sustainable travel
The aim is to create a space in which people can enjoy a safe, welcoming, greener and attractive outdoor space to congregate, use local amenities, walk, wheel or cycle.
