National Events Programme Round 50 Open

The latest round of the National Events Programme is now open and accepting applications for events taking place from the 1 April to 31 July 2024 inclusive.

Awards of between £5,000 and £25,000 can be applied for by live, public facing sporting and cultural events taking place out with the local authority areas of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Funding support can be used to deliver innovative new projects and strategic development activity.

The National Events Programme is designed to help deliver the national events strategy, Scotland the Perfect Stage, by supporting events which drive domestic tourism to develop and grow. Applicants to the programme will need to align with the key impact areas outlined in the strategy and showcase Scotland’s key event and tourism assets.

Applications to Round 50 of the programme will close at 5pm on Wednesday 17 January 2024.
