Online Training Portal for Fife Businesses 

Fife businesses can now access a free Online Training Portal, designed to support workforce development in a flexible and accessible way. 

Delivered by Fife Council’s Town Centre Development, Tourism and Economic Development teams, the platform provides a wide range of mandatory and compliance training, in areas covering: 

• Health & Safety 
• Food Safety
• Fire Safety 
• Workplace Essentials  

And a bespoke Welcome to Fife customer service course is also included, designed for our tourism and hospitality sector. 

What’s included 

• Access to a comprehensive online course catalogue 
• Flexible, self-paced learning through a user-friendly platform 
• Digital certificates on course completion 

How it works 

• Licences are allocated per employee (limited availability) and provide full access until December 2026 
• A short registration form must be completed for each employee 
• Businesses must nominate a manager as point of contact to oversee participation and provide feedback
