Climate Forth Networking and Upskilling
Climate FORTH (Furthering Our Resistance Through Heritage) is the latest project from the Inner Forth Futures Partnership (RSPB, Green Action Trust, NatureScot, Fife Council, Stirling Council, Falkirk Council, Clackmannanshire Council, Historic Environment Scotland, Sustrans), and is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. As part of this project, we want to make connections with and support local businesses in the Inner Forth area with the goal of increasing businesses' resilience to change. The business networking and upskilling sessions are part of this. They will allow businesses to network with each other, hear from industry specialists, and visit lesser-known attractions around the Forth region.
Event Highlights
- Networking breakfast, and a chance to meet with like minded business owners.
- Presentation on Green Communication in the workplace from Louise Kelly, Historic Environment Scotland, who coordinates the Green Champions Network within HES.
- Familiarisation trip to one of Fife's lesser-known gems - Dunimarle Castle, a 5 min walk from the venue. The visit to the castle will include a full guided tour.
